Written assessment of incident:

A Fray had opened up in the badlands. Our team of four was dispatched to the area to close up the Fray, secure any anomalies, and ensure that all potential witnesses were dealt with, as per routine. The mission was a partial success, as our re-weaver did close the Fray. Unfortunately, our recon wasn’t sufficient and two class B anomalies had caught us by surprise. Three civilians (of the group of five) and two of our team sustained fatal injuries. The rest, myself included, sustained major injuries. Myself and [Redacted] managed to escape with two of the civilians, but the two anomalies remain loose.
